Define and lead the creative direction of digital interfaces, strengthen brand identity, and create consistent, innovative UI components while ensuring visual quality and usability. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and project managers; develop micro-interactions and animations; contribute to creative workshops and design research; and share expertise with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and embody the creative vision for interfaces (web, apps, interactive installations)
- Create coherent and innovative UI components and UI kits
- Ensure graphic quality and usability of deliverables
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers and project managers
- Design microâinteractions and animations to add emotional value
- Participate in creative workshops and stay upâtoâdate with design trends
- Share knowledge internally and with clients
Requirements
- 3â4 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Degree from a recognized design school
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Interactive prototyping skills
- Professional level English
- Strong graphic and digital visual culture
- Attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to work in teams and defend ideas
