Graphic Designer
Smartlunch 🇵🇱 Wrocław, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland
Create graphics for social media, online advertising, banners, newsletters, print and employer-branding materials, point-of-sale materials, and sales and management presentations. Prepare print-ready files, help develop digital campaign interfaces and user experience, and maintain SmartLunch’s visual brand consistency across communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, online ads, banners and newsletters
- Create promotional and employer‑branding materials such as e‑books, flyers, catalogs and roll‑ups
- Prepare POS materials tailored to client visual identities
- Produce professional PowerPoint presentations for sales and executive teams
- Collaborate on UI/UX for digital campaigns, landing pages and banners
- Prepare print files and ensure visual consistency of the SmartLunch brand across all channels
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (digital and print)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects
- Practical knowledge of DTP and preparing print‑ready files
- High aesthetic sense and awareness of current design trends
- Strong organization, autonomy and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Optional: motion graphics, video shooting/editing, basic UX/UI design, simple illustration
