- Own end-to-end design for AI-powered clinical tools, from independently identifying provider and operational needs through prototyping, engineering collaboration, release acceptance, and post-release evaluation. Develop reusable human-AI interaction patterns and design-system components, using AI coding tools to prototype directly in the production codebase.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience with complex work interfaces, demonstrated human-AI interaction design, hands-on AI-assisted prototyping in an existing codebase, and experience contributing reusable design-system components. Candidates must independently gather requirements and drive solutions to release, have advanced English and fluent Russian, and be available during CET-compatible hours.
