Lead end-to-end user experience design for operational products, translating research and testing insights into intuitive workflows, interfaces, prototypes, and design documentation. Requirements
- Applicants should have at least three years of product, UX/UI, or similar design experience, including end-to-end work on complex digital products and a portfolio of real-world projects. They should be experienced in research and usability testing, workflow design, using qualitative and quantitative insights, and collaborating in cross-functional teams; international organization experience, analytics tools, and AI-powered solutions are advantageous.
