Requirements
- Requires at least four years of experience leading and delivering research projects, proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods, and experience analyzing Voice of the Customer data, including NPS and analytics. Applicants must have a strong portfolio demonstrating research impact, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a bachelor's degree in computer science.
