The UX Researcher will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and reduce customer friction within a federal data and analytics ecosystem.   • The UX Researcher will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and reduce customer friction within a federal data and analytics ecosystem. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations that improve product and service design.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with at least 3 years of professional UX research experience. U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements, and candidates must have resided in the U.S. for three of the last five years.
