Web Designer / Motion Designer

Create premium motion graphics, animations, and e-commerce visuals, including Amazon A+ content, while maintaining each brandâs visual identity. Design responsive digital interfaces, landing pages, and prototypes, and develop art direction and product photography concepts across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Design premium motion content from photographs, videos, typography and graphics
- Create product animations, transitions, demos and visual effects for marketing campaigns
- Develop microâinteractions and animations for digital interfaces across web, mobile and social platforms
- Produce Amazon A+ and A+ Premium visual experiences, including hero visuals, storytelling modules, infographics and lifestyle assets
- Combine photography, retouching, composition, iconography and graphic design to create highâvalue assets
- Build templates and adaptable systems for various product ranges while respecting technical specifications
- Design elegant, conversionâfocused digital interfaces, landing pages and editorial experiences
- Create wireframes, mockâups and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring responsive design for desktop and mobile
- Structure information hierarchy and develop coherent UI systems with microâinteractions
- Develop visual concepts for product and lifestyle photography, directing shoots and postâproduction
- Maintain visual consistency across photography, graphic design, motion design and UI
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
Requirements
- 5â8 years of experience in Web Design, Motion Design, or eâcommerce content creation
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere Pro a plus)
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and design systems
- Excellent visual culture, photography, composition, and typography skills
- Ability to transform marketing briefs into creative concepts
- Knowledge of eâcommerce constraints and Amazon A+ / A+ Premium requirements
- Creative direction and artistic vision
- High attention to detail and aesthetic standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously
