Own product design end to end across assigned Engage product areas, from framing problems and conducting research through workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and handoff. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, maintain design intent through development, perform design QA, and align work with customer outcomes and business metrics.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams, maintain design intent through development, perform design QA, and align work with customer outcomes and business metrics.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of digital product design experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product area, SaaS experience, and a portfolio demonstrating both research and UI execution. Candidates should have experience shipping web application features, conducting usability research, working with product and engineering teams across time zones, and using Figma, Jira, and Confluence; UX, graphic design, or industrial design qualifications or equivalent practical experience are accepted.
