- Research user needs and turn insights into product explorations, prototypes, and designs for the H Platform, which enables users to create and run AI agent workflows. Test and measure design outcomes, iterate based on user feedback and usage data, and help shape the product roadmap with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least five years of product design experience, strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, a current portfolio, and hands-on experience with user and A/B testing. They should be comfortable designing complex AI or data-driven products, working with engineers on technical trade-offs, using Figma and design systems, and responding constructively to feedback.
