You will be responsible for defining the creative vision and designing high-quality digital interfaces for various platforms. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure visual consistency and impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the creative vision for digital interfaces (websites, apps, interactive installations)
- Ensure brand identity is consistently expressed down to the smallest detail
- Create and maintain UI kits and component libraries
- Guarantee graphic quality and usability of all deliverables
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers
- Design micro‑interactions and animations to enhance user experience
- Participate in creative workshops and stay ahead of design trends
- Mentor junior designers and share knowledge internally and with clients
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in an agency environment
- Degree from a recognized design school (5‑year program)
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and micro‑interactions
- Professional level English communication
- Strong visual and digital design culture with attention to detail
