Own web conversion from research and insight through design, implementation, launch, and performance analysis across the company’s brands and markets. Create and test high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, using AI and scalable design systems to ship quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own web conversion from research and insight through design, implementation, launch, and performance analysis across the company’s brands and markets. Create and test high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, using AI and scalable design systems to ship quickly.
Requirements
- Applicants need at least three years of experience designing high-performing websites and landing pages, with a portfolio demonstrating results, and a strong grasp of conversion psychology and value propositions. They should be able to implement their own designs in frontend code, use AI in their workflow, work autonomously at speed, and maintain high standards for design quality.
