Own web conversion from research and insight through design, frontend implementation, launch, and performance analysis across the company’s brands and markets. Create and test high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, while developing AI-powered workflows and reusable systems to increase speed and scale.
Responsibilities
- Own web conversion from research and insight through design, frontend implementation, launch, and performance analysis across the company’s brands and markets. Create and test high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, while developing AI-powered workflows and reusable systems to increase speed and scale.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of experience designing high-performing websites and landing pages, with a portfolio demonstrating results, and strong skills in conversion psychology, value propositions, and moving designs into frontend code. Candidates should be AI-native, self-directed, fast-moving, and attentive to design quality; Webflow experience is helpful but not essential.
