Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for Ranger Buddies across digital, physical, and hybrid experiences, using research, prototyping, and testing to create engaging, age-appropriate journeys for children and families. Collaborate with product, engineering, content, education, and business teams to shape product direction, improve engagement and learning outcomes, and strengthen design practices.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product, UX/UI, interaction, or related design experience, with a portfolio showing end-to-end design work and shipped digital products or physical experiences. Candidates should have strong user-centered and interaction design skills, proficiency with tools such as Figma, and the ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
