Lead the planning, assessment, design, and delivery of maritime infrastructure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and project scope, quality, schedule, budget, risk, and interfaces. Build client relationships and business opportunities, provide technical leadership, review design documentation, and mentor developing engineers.

Requirements
- Requires a civil or structural engineering degree and approximately 10 or more years of experience assessing, analyzing, designing, and remediating maritime structures, including leadership of project design and delivery. Candidates should demonstrate design and stakeholder management, knowledge of maritime standards, strong communication and commercial judgment, and chartered status or progress toward it with RPEQ registration or eligibility; Defence security clearance eligibility is advantageous.
