Lead end-to-end UX and UI product design, from research planning and user studies through analysis, visual design, and interactive prototyping. Evaluate designs through usability testing and analytics, prioritize product opportunities, facilitate collaborative workshops, and work closely with developers and Product Managers.
Responsibilities
- Own endâtoâend UX/UI delivery within squads, aligning product success with business KPIs
- Define research plans, recruit participants and conduct qualitative studies
- Analyse data and produce impactâdriven deliverables such as personas and journey maps
- Create visual designs and interactive prototypes up to high fidelity
- Design and run usability testing protocols, analyse friction points and iterate
- Leverage quantitative data (Hotjar, Mixpanel) to inform design decisions
- Challenge product backlogs, define opportunities and prioritize features
- Facilitate coâdesign workshops and synthesize insights for decision makers
- Collaborate daily with developers and product managers to ensure feasibility and quality
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience, preferably agency background
- Expertise in the complete UX + UI chain
- Ability to define research plans, conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys and ethnographic studies
- Skill in creating personas, experience maps, user journeys and strategic reports
- Proficiency in highâfidelity visual design and interactive prototyping
- Experience designing and executing usability tests (guerrilla, moderated, unmoderated)
- Ability to use quantitative analytics tools such as Hotjar or Mixpanel
- Capability to prioritize backlog items based on user and business value
- Facilitation skills for collaborative workshops and clear stakeholder communication
- Autonomous 360° profile comfortable with rapid iteration and continuous improvement
