Own web conversion from research and insight through design, implementation, launch, and analysis across the company’s brands and markets. Create and test high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, using AI and scalable design systems to ship quickly and improve results.
Responsibilities
- Own web conversion from research and insight through design, implementation, launch, and analysis across the company’s brands and markets. Create and test high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, using AI and scalable design systems to ship quickly and improve results.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of experience designing high-performing websites and landing pages, with a portfolio demonstrating results, plus strong understanding of conversion psychology and value propositions. Candidates should be able to implement their own designs in frontend code, use AI in their workflow, work autonomously at speed, and maintain high standards for design craft.
