Senior Design Manager - Europe Central

You will lead the planning and execution of complex, mission-critical data center projects from the concept phase through to commissioning. This involves coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with global and regional design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external planning and commissioning consultants
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning across CSA and MEPH disciplines
• Ensure adherence to global and regional design‑engineering guidelines
• Manage planning schedules, budgets, change control and deliverables
• Oversee technical responsibility for planning, construction and commissioning
• Support construction execution by addressing RFIs and technical clarifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, customers and authorities
• Drive standardisation, innovation and continuous improvement of designs

Requirements

• Experience delivering mission‑critical or highly technical building projects
• Background in data‑center or comparable large‑scale infrastructure projects
• Degree in Engineering (CSA/MEPH), Architecture or related field
• Strong technical coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
