Product Designer Senior - Industrie & B2E F/H

You will design digital tools for industrial teams by conducting user research, creating wireframes, and producing high-fidelity prototypes. You will also act as the UX/UI lead within an agile team, ensuring product performance and continuous improvement through user testing and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Understand industrial roles and processes, including safety, performance, equipment and usage constraints
- Conduct user research through interviews, field observations, data analysis and generate actionable insights
- Facilitate coâdesign workshops and create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes, iterating rapidly
- Produce highâfidelity mockups in Figma and deliver UX/UI specifications usable by developers
- Act as the UX/UI reference for the agile team, prioritising by user value and feeding the product backlog
- Lead user testing, UX audits and UI acceptance testing
- Measure UX performance metrics and continuously improve the product
- Contribute to the design system, standardising components and best practices
- Apply AI tools to increase design quality and productivity in a measurable way
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Product Design
- Minimum 3 years designing B2E industrial products (maintenance, exploitation, logistics, supervision, asset management)
- Proven experience conducting field user research in industrial environments
- Expertise creating highâdensity information displays such as dashboards, expert forms, and multiârole workflows
- Experience driving adoption of tools among employees
- Ability to work in agile product teams (PO, developers, domain experts) using Jira
- Strong knowledge of product strategy methods (JobsâtoâBeâDone, value prioritisation)
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (expert level) and designâsystem token creation
- Experience with accessibility standards (RGAA 4.x or WCAG) and related training
- Skilled at leveraging AI for research, design and productivity improvements
- Strong communication, pedagogy and stakeholder persuasion skills
- Ability to deliver rigorous, complete deliverables on schedule
