Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating design process and reasoning, and strong UI craft with a focus on accessible interfaces and complex workflows. Candidates should have a strong product mindset, communicate and influence through clear storytelling, work effectively with ambiguity and agile teams, and be familiar with tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
