Lead discovery and end-to-end design for digital, data, and AI solutions, including mapping workflows, facilitating research and workshops, and creating prototypes to validate concepts. Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of experience in UX/UI, product design, and/or front-end engineering. Candidates should be skilled in user research, discovery in ambiguous problem spaces, workflow mapping, AI-assisted design and development tools, and stakeholder collaboration; a combination of UX and front-end development skills is valued.
