The Lead Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute design projects including interpretives, learning resources, and publicity materials. They are responsible for managing the full design lifecycle from research and concept development to production and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design interpretive displays, learning resources, publications and publicity materials
- Research subject matter and conduct on‑site information gathering to inform design concepts
- Manage design projects through concept, production and fabrication stages
- Prepare documentation for quotations and tender exercises
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors and printers to ensure efficient project delivery
- Perform additional design, administrative or project support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic/Communication Design with a strong portfolio
- At least 5 years of relevant design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Team player with a proactive and resource‑ful attitude
