- Define and drive design strategy across multiple product areas
- Lead, develop and grow a team of Product Designers
- Influence product, engineering and senior leadership through systems thinking and storytelling
- Improve operational processes for prioritization, scoping and resourcing
- Champion a userâcentered, inclusive design culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design or UX
- 3+ years in a formal people management role
- Proven success leading multiple teams across complex, crossâplatform initiatives
- Deep expertise in design systems, UX strategy and full product development lifecycle
- Ability to influence strategy and senior stakeholders
