Responsibilities
- Design high‑quality creatives for performance ads, social media and brand communication
- Translate briefs into clear, on‑brand visuals
- Collaborate with founder and marketing team on creative direction
- Occasionally challenge briefs and propose better visual approaches
- Manage timelines and deliver without follow‑ups
Requirements
- 2‑5 years of in‑house or startup/performance‑focused agency experience
- Proven experience designing for Meta ads, including knowledge of aspect ratios and safe zones
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- Ability to deliver polished work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Comfort with feedback loops and iterative design
