Senior UX Designer / Consultant (all genders)
Mai Group Remote (🇩🇪 Berlin, Germany)
You will develop innovative, user-centered UX concepts, information architectures, and user journeys for various digital projects. Additionally, you will advise clients, conduct user research and testing, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise user journeys, information architectures and website concepts
- Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes in Figma
- Conduct target‑group analyses and user tests for validation
- Analyse SEO reports, tracking data and Hotjar insights to drive improvements
- Collaborate closely with project management, design and development teams
- Provide strategic UX consultancy to clients
- Utilise AI tools for research, testing and heat‑mapping
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of UX‑design, UX‑architecture and consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of translating research into UX concepts, flows and testable prototypes
- Experience designing accessible web sites (BFSG, WCAG 2.2)
- Proficiency with Figma, Figma Make and FigJam
- Deep understanding of design systems and modular UI
- Analytical mindset to turn data and insights into actionable UX concepts
- Excellent German (C1) and English communication skills
- Experience running client workshops and moderating them
