Expert Graphic Designer & Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant

The role involves creating professional graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, advertisements, and email campaigns. You will collaborate with clients and marketing teams to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create professional graphics for social media, ads, websites, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials
• Design branded content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Develop clean, modern designs aligned with each client’s brand and audience
• Produce social media posts, carousel designs, thumbnails, stories, and paid advertising creative
• Create marketing assets for real‑estate, property‑management, home‑service, and other service‑based businesses
• Resize and adapt designs for various platforms and formats
• Build reusable templates using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools
• Collaborate with marketing managers, clients, and team leads to transform briefs into visual assets
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all deliverables
• Organize source files, templates, and assets in Google Drive or project management systems
• Manage multiple client projects, deadlines, and revision cycles
• Provide clear project status updates and communicate any blockers

Requirements

• Previous experience as a graphic designer, creative or marketing virtual assistant, or similar role
• Strong graphic design skills and understanding of visual communication
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or comparable design software
• Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines accurately
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong written English for professional communication
• Reliable internet connection and remote‑work setup
