Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will shape the brand's visual identity by creating high-end assets across digital and print channels. They will also lead design strategy, mentor team members, and maintain scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from brief to final delivery, making creative decisions with minimal supervision
• Create visual assets for digital and print media, including campaigns, product launches, web, social, email, and events
• Apply strong typography, layout, and color skills to maintain visual consistency across channels
• Use AI tools to accelerate asset generation, format adaptation, and templating
• Partner with Marketing, Product Design, and Internal Brand teams, collaborating with motion designers, copywriters, and marketing partners
• Present concepts, gather feedback, and iterate efficiently across stakeholders
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and audit deliverables for consistency
• Maintain and evolve shared design systems and asset libraries across Adobe Libraries, Figma, Canva, and Bynder
• Model high creative standards and lead AI‑tool adoption across the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 6‑8 years professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and supplemental Figma experience
• Advanced understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout, visual storytelling
• Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
• Demonstrated mentorship and leadership within a creative team
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects (preferred)
• Experience in a corporate in‑house environment or large‑scale brand management (preferred)
