Requirements
- Requires at least three years of UX design leadership experience, strong team leadership and stakeholder management, and hands-on Design Thinking experience. Candidates should be proficient in design frameworks and systems, project strategy, communication and negotiation, basic data analysis, consultancy, and upper-intermediate English (B2).
