Responsibilities
- Design scalable CRM workflows and AI-powered experiences for real estate agents, covering contact management, lead nurturing, communications, automation, and reporting. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, AI, and operations teams to research, prototype, test, document, and deliver intuitive solutions across the Home Platform.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in CRM, SaaS, workflow, or enterprise software, and a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and complex end-to-end design across web and mobile. Candidates should be proficient in Figma and prototyping, collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams, and be able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints; AI product experience is highly desirable.
