Own end-to-end design for mobile-first consumer products, translating complex product and technical challenges into polished experiences across conversational AI, character creation, monetization, and interactive features. Prototype and experiment with traditional and AI-based tools, collaborate with Product and Engineering through launch, and improve engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for mobile-first consumer products, translating complex product and technical challenges into polished experiences across conversational AI, character creation, monetization, and interactive features. Prototype and experiment with traditional and AI-based tools, collaborate with Product and Engineering through launch, and improve engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience, a portfolio of shipped products demonstrating exceptional visual craft and product thinking, and advanced Figma and prototyping skills. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments, communicate and defend design decisions effectively, and actively use AI tools in their design workflows; experience with relevant consumer products is a plus.
