Responsibilities
- Create visual and written communications for Ashoka East Africa’s programmes, campaigns, events, and regional initiatives, including social media content, reports, presentations, publications, infographics, newsletters, and changemaker stories. Contribute creative ideas, support event communications, and turn complex programme information into engaging content that increases visibility and audience engagement.
Requirements
- The role calls for graphic design and visual communication experience, strong writing and storytelling, proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, and an understanding of social media, branding, and visual identity. Creativity, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are desired; communications, social impact, or storytelling experience is an advantage.
