Requirements
- Candidates need 6–10 years of UI or visual design experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise, financial services, or regulated digital products, plus a strong portfolio and advanced Figma skills. They should understand design systems, accessibility, developer handoff, and Agile delivery; banking-platform experience, Arabic/RTL design, and a design-related degree are advantageous or preferred.
