Plan and conduct mixed-method UX research for complex digital banking journeys, including usability, accessibility, heuristic, and competitive evaluations in Arabic and English. Analyze customer and behavioral evidence, translate findings into actionable design decisions, maintain research documentation, and present insights to stakeholders while mentoring junior researchers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct mixed-method UX research for complex digital banking journeys, including usability, accessibility, heuristic, and competitive evaluations in Arabic and English. Analyze customer and behavioral evidence, translate findings into actionable design decisions, maintain research documentation, and present insights to stakeholders while mentoring junior researchers.
Requirements
- Requires 6–10 years of UX research experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise, financial services, or regulated products, plus fluency in Arabic and English and strong mixed-method research expertise. Candidates should have experience with usability testing, privacy-controlled research operations, accessibility and analytics, research repositories, and Agile/Scrum; a relevant degree or diploma is required, while GCC/KSA experience and WCAG 2.2 AA knowledge are advantages.
