Requirements
- Requires 6â10 years of UX design experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise, financial services, or regulated environments, with advanced Figma and design-system experience. Candidates should be skilled in translating research into design decisions, producing functional specifications, applying accessibility standards, and working in Agile/Scrum; Arabic/RTL and banking-platform experience are advantageous.
