Senior Product Designer

Design customer-facing product features from concept through launch, partnering with engineers, product managers, go-to-market stakeholders, and customer-facing teams. Conduct and participate in user research and testing, iterate on designs using feedback, and contribute to regular design reviews.
Responsibilities
- Design product features from concept through launch across the procurement product surface
- Partner closely with engineers, product managers and go‑to‑market stakeholders to define and implement new functionality
- Collaborate with product and customer‑facing teams to conduct UX research and translate insights into thoughtful designs
- Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and visual specifications using Figma and AI‑assisted tools
- Maintain design consistency and contribute to design system evolution
Requirements
- 3‑5+ years professional design experience, preferably at a startup or similarly resource‑restricted environment
- Delivered at least one full product or major feature from concept to launch as the lead designer
- Strong visual design skills balanced with usability and accessibility
- Experience collaborating with engineers on both visual and interaction details
- Excellent presentation, collaboration and communication abilities
- Empathy for users and the ability to champion their needs
- Understanding of technical constraints of building web applications
- Proficiency with AI‑assisted design tools such as Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, or similar
