Product Designer, Contract Orchestration

Design and deliver contract lifecycle management features, from concept through launch, including workflows for redlining, renewals, and obligation management. Partner with engineering, product, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to research user needs, develop AI-enabled solutions, and iterate on designs using feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship CLM features from concept through launch on the Contract Orchestration team
• Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and go‑to‑market stakeholders to define and implement new features
• Collaborate with product and customer‑facing teams to participate in UX research and create thoughtful solutions
• Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback and testing
• Participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team
• Work closely with other product designers across the organization to understand team‑specific needs

Requirements

• 3‑5+ years professional product design experience, preferably at a startup or resource‑restricted environment
• Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end‑to‑end as lead designer
• Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication abilities
• Empathy for users and ability to champion their needs
• Understanding of technical constraints of web applications
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted design tools such as Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, or similar
