Requirements
- Requires a B.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of MEP design and estimation experience across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong design-review, estimation, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, HVAC load-calculation software, value-engineering, communication, and leadership capabilities; COREN registration is an advantage.
