Create and refine editorial layouts for print publications, prepare and package production-ready artwork, and develop digital and social media assets that maintain brand consistency. Coordinate with editors, art directors, and account managers, organize creative files, and improve templates and workflows to meet deadlines and production standards.

Requirements
- The role prefers 3 to 4 years of relevant design experience, ideally in editorial, print, and digital media, along with advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Candidates should understand print production, typography, grid systems, and color management, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and adaptability.
