Oversee tender proposals, project approvals, technical reviews, cost control support, post-project reviews, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Structural Engineering and at least eight years of experience, with strong communication and coordination skills and fluency in English and Mandarin. Independent architectural design or construction experience is required; prefabricated building experience and overseas experience in the UK, US, Australia, or New Zealand are preferred.
