Manage and provide hands-on technical leadership to engineering teams, oversee prototype silicon evaluation, and support qualification, mass production, and cross-functional advanced development.
Requirements
- Requires a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 15 years of experience, or an M.Sc. and/or PhD with 10 years of experience, plus at least 5 years of related professional experience. Candidates should have IC tape-out and productization experience, strong expertise in high-frequency RF and analog IC design, and familiarity with optical or wired communications; 100GHz+ RFIC experience and optical coherent system knowledge are advantages.
