Lead strategy and end-to-end design for a new judiciary-focused product, from discovery and opportunity framing through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering, shape trustworthy AI experiences, improve design systems and quality across teams, and mentor designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and end-to-end design for a new judiciary-focused product, from discovery and opportunity framing through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering, shape trustworthy AI experiences, improve design systems and quality across teams, and mentor designers.

Requirements

• Requires 8+ years of product design experience, strong UX craft and research skills, and a record of delivering scalable, high-quality products and complex cross-team initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate product judgment, systems thinking, AI experience design expertise, strong communication and facilitation, and the ability to lead through ambiguity; zero-to-one and emerging-market experience are additional qualifications.
