Partner with Product and Engineering to shape trustworthy AI experiences, establish scalable design patterns, align teams through ambiguity, and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and end-to-end design for a new judiciary-focused product, from discovery and opportunity framing through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape trustworthy AI experiences, establish scalable design patterns, align teams through ambiguity, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of product design experience, strong UX craft and research skills, and a track record of shipping high-quality, scalable products across complex workflows and teams. Candidates should demonstrate product judgment, systems thinking, AI experience design expertise, strong communication and facilitation, and experience mentoring peers.
