Lead strategy and end-to-end design for a new judiciary-focused product, translating complex court workflows into clear, accessible experiences and guiding work from discovery through launch and iteration. Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and end-to-end design for a new judiciary-focused product, translating complex court workflows into clear, accessible experiences and guiding work from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to set priorities and success measures, shape trustworthy AI experiences, strengthen design systems, and mentor designers.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of product design experience, strong UX craft and research skills, and a record of delivering scalable, high-quality products and complex cross-team initiatives. Candidates should bring product judgment, systems thinking, AI experience design expertise, strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience mentoring peers; zero-to-one and emerging-market experience are additional qualifications.
