- Own the product strategy, integrated roadmap, measurement, and adoption of Zillowâs design systems, while shaping the strategy for accessibility systems, tooling, and product health. Partner across Design, Engineering, Product, and program leadership to scale accessibility and evolve shared systems for AI-enabled product development.
Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of product management or relevant experience, including at least three years leading complex design systems, platforms, internal tools, or other horizontal products across multiple teams. Candidates should bring strong product judgment, technical fluency, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional influence, commitment to accessibility, and AI fluency; design systems, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and AI-enabled development experience are preferred.
