Lead multidisciplinary design coordination for a hyperscale data center project, serving as the liaison between project/construction management and A/E partners from design through construction administration. Manage schedules, project documentation, submittals and RFIs, change and cost controls, permitting, quality, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

Manage schedules, project documentation, submittals and RFIs, change and cost controls, permitting, quality, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field and 7–10 years of design management experience in mission-critical, semiconductor, data center, or complex commercial projects are required. Candidates should have experience coordinating A/E partners and subcontractors, managing submittals and RFIs, aligning base-build and tenant fit-out scopes, using Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore, and communicating effectively.
