Requirements
- Requires 4â6 years of product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating complex mobile and responsive web experiences, and hands-on expertise in research, usability testing, prototyping, and design systems. Candidates should be fluent in Figma, comfortable using metrics and qualitative feedback, able to lead projects with limited supervision, and experienced in stakeholder communication and designer mentorship.
