Analyze and improve the customer journey across devices and European markets, using user research, behavioral data, and testing to identify UX and conversion opportunities. Create wireframes and prototypes, collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams through implementation and quality assurance, and help prioritize the digital roadmap based on expected impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimise the customer journey, creating a consistent, intuitive experience across devices and markets
- Plan and conduct user tests, translating insights into concrete improvements
- Identify UX and conversion opportunities using data, user behaviour, and customer needs
- Work dataâdriven with CRO and A/B testing to validate designs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design solutions
- Create clear briefs and collaborate closely with developers from idea through implementation
- Test and qualityâcheck new features and UX solutions before release
- Contribute to the digital roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on impact and resources
Requirements
- 3â5 years of UX design experience, preferably in eâcommerce or digital commerce
- Strong practical skills in UX design, wireframing, and prototyping
- Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools
- Ability to combine qualitative user insights with quantitative data
- Experience with user research, analytics, A/B testing, and accessibility
- Understanding of eâcommerce and conversion rate optimization
- Commercial mindset and ability to drive projects from concept to implementation
- Excellent communication and advocacy for design decisions
- Attention to detail in design, implementation, and UX writing
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
