Product Designer Semi Sr.

You will lead product discovery and research using AI-assisted workflows to validate ideas and synthesize data. Additionally, you will manage design systems, prototype solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market benchmarking and AI‑assisted discovery, integrating verified sources into product strategy
- Design and execute surveys, interviews and data‑analysis, using AI to synthesize findings while preserving source traceability
- Prototype ideas with AI‑assisted tools (navigable wireframes, Figma or code) and test with representative users to shorten hypothesis‑validation cycles
- Operate and evolve the design system, ensuring AI‑generated components respect accessibility (WCAG) and brand consistency
- Define and analyze experience metrics, collaborate on A/B testing experiments and monitor post‑launch impact
- Maintain, adapt and document the team’s AI skills, plugins and workflows, proposing improvements for effective adoption
- Coordinate UX process improvements with Product, Development, Customer Research and Security teams to ensure smooth hand‑off to engineering
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Design, Engineering, Advertising or Social Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital B2C or e‑commerce products
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Basic to intermediate training in AI tools and workflows
- Daily use of AI for discovery, synthesis, prototyping and documentation
- Ability to critically review AI‑generated outputs
- Desirable: certification or postgraduate study in Product or Service Design
- Desirable: knowledge of archetypes, user personas and proto‑personas
