Design memory systems for HBF-based products, define controller interface specifications, and develop algorithms for memory management, reliability, and performance. Requirements
- A bachelorâs or masterâs degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electronics and instrumentation, VLSI, or a related field is required, along with at least six years of relevant experience for bachelorâs graduates or three years for masterâs graduates. Candidates should have NAND Flash system design experience, programming knowledge in C, C++, or Python, familiarity with NAND management algorithms and qualification flows, and experience leading projects and managing stakeholders; AI server frameworks and LLM algorithms are preferred.
