Design Manager - Ports

Lead the design management and end-to-end delivery of ports, maritime, and coastal infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for work packages, scope, schedules, technical outcomes, and commercial coordination. Serve as a key client contact, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across regions, and support the growth of AECOM’s Ports & Maritime capability through technical leadership and mentoring.

• Lead the design management and end-to-end delivery of ports, maritime, and coastal infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for work packages, scope, schedules, technical outcomes, and commercial coordination. Serve as a key client contact, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across regions, and support the growth of AECOM’s Ports & Maritime capability through technical leadership and mentoring.

Requirements

• Applicants should have significant experience as a design manager, technical lead, project manager, or senior engineer on ports, coastal, or maritime infrastructure projects, including managing multidisciplinary design teams and delivering work packages within major programs. Strong client and stakeholder engagement, experience coordinating teams across offices or regions, and familiarity with port, marine, coastal, or waterfront projects are desired.
