Design user-centered digital experiences, from research and user-flow definition through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Collaborate with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams to improve product journeys, evolve the Design System, present design decisions, and ensure high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design userâcentered digital experiences, from need discovery to highâfidelity solutions
- Define and refine user journeys: conduct research, analyse needs, identify pain points, create user flows, and continuously improve experiences
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs for validation
- Contribute to the evolution of interfaces and product journeys, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, data teams, business stakeholders, and other partners to turn business and user requirements into concrete solutions
- Participate in coâcreation workshops, design sprints, and user research sessions in both French and English
- Present and argue design choices, adapting language to business, product, or technical audiences
- Help advance the Design System and maintain cohesive digital experiences across multiple products or markets
- Monitor implementation with tech teams and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards up to release
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design within complex, international digital environments
- Strong mastery of the full design process: user research, framing, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and interface creation
- Expert level proficiency with Figma and ability to design modern, accessible, and consistent digital interfaces
- Excellent UX/UI culture and ability to prioritize user needs alongside business and technical constraints
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for collaboration with international stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills to defend design decisions to diverse audiences
- Ability to work autonomously, structure work, and take endâtoâend ownership of design projects
